Inclusions - All tariffs include GST; accommodation; full daily servicing of rooms, a freshly-prepared breakfast, with buffet and cooked options; complimentary aperitifs in the evening; all day tea and coffee, home-baking and fresh fruit; mineral water and chocolates, unlimited internet access (broadband & wireless), courtesy transfer into Wanaka (7:30 pm), a full restaurant and activities reservations service and full use of lodge facilities.
*please note that evening aperitifs/canapes and transfers into Wanaka are not included for Exclusive Use bookings
** $75 fee applies to restaurant bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation
Dinner – A 3-course dinner featuring a seasonal menu and the best of Central Otago wines is available at the lodge by prior arrangement only. It is not included in the overnight tariff and is subject to the availability of our chef. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that dinner reservations are made in conjunction with your accommodation booking. The cost is NZ$150 per adult including a complimentary glass of wine. Vegetarian or specific dietary needs can be catered for, subject to advance notice.
Terms and Conditions – Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check out is 10:00 am. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay, secured by a credit card. We accept VISA, AMEX and Mastercard. The balance is due on check-out, together with any other sundries.
Cancellation Policy -
- 25% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30-15 days of arrival.
- 100% charge applies if cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival.
A bank charge of 2.5% will be added to accounts paid by EPOS.
